I recently had the opportunity of traveling to Cambodia and Vietnam with my husband and a dear friend. It is a fascinating part of the world. The people are incredibly friendly. The food is fresh, abundant and delicious. The landscape varies greatly by region: we saw peaceful countrysides, boisterous cities, powerful rivers, blissful beaches, foggy and lush mountains, and awe inspiring architecture. When can I go back?
